If you’ve never gone through the process of buying a business then you could probably learn a lot from your industry peers who have gone through the experience. In a peer benchmarking group you will be in a meeting with your non-competitive peers where everyone will be able to share each others experience so everyone else has a better perspective.
We will then meet back up six months later to discuss the progress that was made and by then you should feel comfortable enough when buying a business.
